    The type of space, where the design stands and the systems you are thinking about tell us who should join the first conversation.

    We talk it through

    With you, and with your architect if you have one: how the space will be used, what it needs to do, and what matters most.

    We capture the requirement

    The first step of every project. From there the design follows the process, through to the day the systems are handed over.

02Helpful to have ready

You do not need all of this, but it helps

Nothing here is required to get in touch. The earlier you reach us, the less of it will exist yet, and that is fine.

  • Architectural drawings

    Plans, sections or even a concept sketch. Whatever stage they are at, they show us the space.

  • How the space will be used

    Who lives, works or visits there, and the moments that matter: a film night, a busy lunch service, a lecture, a late shift.

  • A sense of the budget

    A range is enough. We estimate the budget for the whole design at the design stage, so the plan fits the money before anything is bought.

  • The project timeline

    When the design is due, when construction starts, and when you would like to move in or open.

  • Your other consultants

    Interiors, landscape, HVAC, electrical: we coordinate with them, so it helps to know who they are.
